One statement: Philhosting.net has bad customer support.
It is that time of the year when you have to renew your account and, to avoid any inconvenience, paying in advance is recommended. Well I've made my payment and I've sent them the required information to validate my payment. My user account is up and running but my domain name is unavailable. Unbelievable. You make a payment and you expect to get at least some service in return. It was days I was e-mailing them. I know what most of you guys are thinking. Why don't I call their tech support. Well, I did. The women on the other line said the only way I could fix it was through e-mail. Unreal. I've have been e-mailing them and only one reply. It wasn't even significant. I gave up trying because it wasn't worth the hassle. So I've got a paid account but no functional domain name. What good will that do? My account turned into a paperweight. Looks like I'll be searching for a better web host. To those who have no problems with this company, consider it luck. I guess I had a bad apple.
